Misusing the law; amendment in SC/ST act

The Scheduled Caste Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 , states that a person falling under this act can accuse anyone of being atrocious and that person would be arrested immediately without any preliminary enquiry!



Now this act is itself very atrocious! I believe this gives the SC/ST people mammoth power to exude monarchy in the sense that he/she can get anyone arrested (non-bailable) and the innocent hence, would be punished without even a fair trail. I can't comprehend how acts like this make our constitution remotely a republic!

But with the latest amendment of the apex body of judiciary of India the power of this act has been minutely dissolved to the state that, now there has to be a fair enquiry by police in charge and only after that things would proceed. Now this is very legit and makes sense, no innocent should be punished and everyone should have fair rights to defend himself/herself.
But the fanatic hooliganism has spread the length and width of the country in order to protest against this amendment, 9 people have died and the lives of common people have been destructed! UNBELIEVABLE! Most people on streets have no idea what are they fighting for, most ironically they are protesting for the unlawful rights and hampering the fundamental rights of common people. I believe, The entire 'Act of Reservation' should be abolished and only merit should prevail. It's been a long time, lots of benefits have been provided to bring the backwards communities at par with everyone, now they should participate in open competition with no reservation to handicap the democracy. It's time to end this long term mockery on our government, change has to come, each and everyone, irrespective caste/community/creed should be equal before the law and merit has to be only deciding factor if and when needed (economic condition too can be counted). I feel this is bad even for the SC/ST people, I personally know some of them who despite being actually highly talented are tagged as someone who is good only because of reservation.

TL;DR
Political parties are fuelling the present scenario to target the current government in power but truth be told, the government has no role in it as it has come from the Supreme Court . This is not a banana republic where people can protest the highest judiciary on the roads. Changes like this, is for the welfare and growth of our nation, we should support and welcome this!

But today I got to witness one instance myself and I'm really overwhelmed.  Today while the muharram was ongoing there was a guy holding Indian flag continuously and some had tied national flag band on their head. Apple iOS 9 rolled out!

Tech giant Apple unveiled it's latest operating system for it's iconic i-Phones and i-Pads this Tuesday, June 2nd. Top features of the premium brand's OS are:- Now multiple apps can be opened at the same time with iOS 9 on i-Pads. Two apps can be opened up simultaneously on the same screen in the format of 50:50 or 70:30 via drag-n-drop. Apple maps will be now equipped to provide transit directions. It also comprises of location cards which can search for and return the restaurants that support Apple Pay. The new low power mode in iOS 9 has promised the users to enhance the battery life by 3 hours.
